How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your first paid plan (Personal, Pro or Scale) starts with 14 days of full access. You add a card at checkout, and the first charge comes 15 days after the day you sign up, once the statutory withdrawal period is over. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is once per account; later subscriptions are charged from the first day.
Is my payment information safe?
Checkout runs on Stripe, the payment provider behind millions of businesses. You enter your card on Stripe’s secure page, so your card details never reach our servers.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Settings or the “Cancel subscription” link in the footer of every page. No email or call needed, and you get a confirmation by email. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; after it, your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

If you live in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days without giving a reason, online. On a first plan nothing has been charged in those 14 days, so there is nothing to refund. Consumers on a yearly plan can cancel with a month's notice after the first 12 months, and unused full months are refunded.

Yes. An upgrade applies at once, and the unused part of your current plan is credited against the new one, so you never pay twice. A move to a cheaper plan takes effect at the end of your current period. Switching during the free trial keeps the trial.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or hit a limit?
Nothing is deleted. Projects, history and Domain Hub entries stay saved. If you have more monitored domains than the new plan allows, you choose which stay active; the rest pause until you make room or upgrade.
Which payment methods and currencies can I use?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Apple Pay where your device supports it. Prices are in euros or US dollars, at the same amounts.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment, by email and in the billing portal under Settings. Businesses can add a VAT number at checkout.
Can I use axath for free?
Yes. A free account needs no card: the checker, projects, shortlist, history, daily AI name ideas, a small Domain Hub and one Brand Check a day.
