Cancellation Policy

Your first paid plan starts with 14 days free. You enter your card at checkout, and we only charge it after the 14 days, if you keep the plan. Change your mind before then and you pay nothing: there is nothing to refund.

Two ways to stop, both free during the 14 days:

• Cancel your plan (also in Settings). You keep access until the 14 days end, then it stops. Nothing is charged.
• Withdraw with the button below. If you are signed in, your plan ends straight away. Nothing is charged.

You can withdraw from your contract here, signed in or not. Enter your name, which contract, and the email address for the confirmation, then confirm. We send a confirmation of receipt to that address straight away, with what you sent and the date and time it arrived.

Withdrawal is not the same as stopping automatic renewal, which ends your plan at the end of the period you paid for.

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the following statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing a paid subscription.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://axath.com/cancellation-policy#withdraw. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (for example by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

With the free 14 days: nothing is charged during the withdrawal period, so withdrawing costs you nothing and there is nothing to refund.

Plans charged from the first day (a later plan after your first one, which starts without the free days): if you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the service provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full service covered by the contract (§ 357a(2) BGB). Your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully provided the service, if before we began you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you know your right of withdrawal expires on full performance (§ 356(5) BGB); you give this agreement with the required tick at checkout. Starting your plan does not by itself end your right of withdrawal; a subscription is not fully provided within the 14 days.

Complete and return this form by email or post only if you wish to withdraw. It is optional; an unequivocal statement or the online function above is sufficient.
